I didn’t have the time or ability to create a website for my business. Robert came along side me with the GoodStart program and created a professional website I am so proud of. The turnaround time was quick, and Robert was so easy to work with. And after GoodStart, I love being able to email him with little things like sidebar issues and have him create something spectacular. It lets me focus on my writing, which is what I should be doing.

Now and then, you meet someone who stands head and shoulders above the others. That’s how I found Robert — on a forum with newbie bloggers, busily answering all our tech questions. Since then, he has helped me set up my blog & subscription feed. He created a lovely email template for me. Robert even created a beautiful header for my new blog. I know I tested his patience when I changed something mid-stream, yet he remained professional and kind in helping me.
Robert is more than a techie. He’s hope and help for the non-techie bloggers of the world who want to hit the ground running!
